AUVIS Vehicle Scanner

This is a mobile solution for the fully automatic identification of threats or modifications to a vehicle’s undercarriage.

Vehicles drive over the bidirectional scanners while Gatekeeper’s systems compile two high-resolution, virtual 3-D digital images of a vehicle’s undercarriage to create the vehicle’s “fingerprint.” Two views make it easier to see any threatening objects that may be hidden on top of an axel or crossbeam. An overview/driver camera captures the normal view of car/driver and displays this on the high-resolution touch screen.

After the vehicle has cleared the scanning device, it only takes 2-3 seconds for Gatekeeper’s Automatic Foreign Object Detection software to automatically compare the subject vehicle’s undercarriage to a safe vehicle (stored in the database) and display both on the screen. The system then immediately identifies any threatening foreign objects or modifications to the undercarriage by circling them with a red ring and activate an audio and/or visual alarm.


XPL Passenger Car Inspection System

Built for both light and heavy vehicles: The system can scan passenger cars, SUVs, vans, trucks, motorcycles and other light vehicles.

X-ray imaging: The system provides state-of-the-art X-ray imaging, with excellent image quality and unique capabilities for determining material density.
OCR license plate reader: The system includes a technology to read the license plate number on each vehicle as it is scanned.

High throughput: The system can scan more than 150 vehicles per hour in the normal flow of traffic at checkpoints, scanning as vehicles drive through without stopping.
Full-vehicle scanning: The system scans the entire vehicle, including occupants.

Top-down view: The system’s top-down view is ideal for inspecting passenger cars and other light vehicles.
Data integration: The system integrates images and data from its X-ray and OCR components; stores the integrated data in a database; and delivers requested data to users.
Small size: The system is very compact, and its controlled-access area is about the same size as the system itself. As a result, the system can be installed in typical traffic lanes.
Low radiation: With its very low radiation dose, the system minimizes radiation exposure for personnel and cargo. The system complies with the ANSI N43.17-2009 standard for scanning people.

Remote operation: Inspectors can operate the system and analyze scanning images at a remote workstation.

TB-200 Vehicle Scanner

Features

The vehicle go through the chassis inspection equipment at the speed of 5- 20km/h. in one second, the system shows the high clear intact vehicle chassis picture automatically, gathering information and covering all at one glance to all kinds of vehicle bottom. The system make a new file according to the date of computer every day and will store the car bottom picture in the file automatically according to the computer date in order to look over in the future.

For vehicle and car license plate, they can be entered automatically or manually. This device can discern the picture of the license tag number and color automatically, it can observe the vehicle chassis in real time and can take picture off any part of the vehicle.

It has special software for scanning and this software is easy to operate. Pictures can be taken at any scale without distortion. It’s less than a second to retrieve the picture from the file.

The machine case is waterproof, dust-proof and pressure resisting.
